What if I don't have a design? Can you help me create one?

How long does printing and delivery usually take?

Specialty or custom orders may take 5–7 days. Once your order is printed, we ship using reliable courier services, and delivery times vary by location. Local deliveries may arrive within 1–2 days after dispatch, while nationwide or international orders can take 3–7 business days. During checkout, you'll see an estimated delivery date based on your selections. We also offer expedited printing and shipping options if you're in a hurry.

What file formats do you accept for artwork uploads?

We accept a variety of file formats to ensure your print comes out exactly how you envision it. Preferred formats include PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPEG or PNG files. If you're submitting a PDF, make sure it's saved in CMYK color mode with at least 300 DPI resolution, and includes proper bleed (usually 0.125 inches) and crop marks. Fonts should be embedded or outlined to avoid any substitution issues. If you're unsure whether your file meets these requirements, our pre-press team will check it during the review process and contact you if any adjustments are needed.

Can I reorder a previous print job easily?

Yes! Once you create an account with us, every order you place is saved in your order history. You can easily reorder the same job with a few clicks — no need to upload files or enter specifications again unless you want to make changes. If you do need to update the design, quantity, or paper type, you can do so before reordering. What is your policy if I receive a misprint or damaged order?
