Welcome to our website GoldImagePrinting.com owned and operated by Gold Image Printing Inc. Located in Los Angeles, California. By visiting, using and/or registering with the goldimageprinting.com website (“site”), you (referred to hereafter as “you”, “your or “user/client” ) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. GOLDIMAGEPRINTING.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

OFFICE HOURS

Our offices are open from 9am to 6pm PST Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

PAYMENT TERMS

All online orders are prepaid. At GoldImagePrinting.com we accept all major credit cards. However, we can not process your order unless the payment is received along with PayPal.

OVER & UNDER RUN QUANTITY

We do our best to deliver the quantity ordered plus extras. However, due to the nature of complex manufacturing in printing business, GoldImagePrinting.com reserves the right to provide clients with 5% over or under the quantity of the actual order.

QUOTATION & ESTIMATES

Quotes are not final prices and are based only on the information you provide. All price quotes are valid only within 30 business days of their originated date. Quoted prices do not include any shipping, handling or sales taxes (if applicable). GoldImagePrinting.com reserves the right to change all prices without notice at any point of time.

TURNAROUND PERIOD

At GoldImagePrinting.com turnaround time refers to the number of the business days that we are processing the client’s orders inside of our facility. Each Turnaround time will vary for each order since each printing product demands a different process. Turnaround time does not mean/include shipping time or delivery time, waiting for approval time, file correction time, or any other time period that client’s job is being processed.

FILE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

In order to help us print your job in a proper manner as far as color, quality and time, client must be diligent to submit their file with GoldImagePrinting.com requirements found in our FAQ section.

COLOR PROOF & COLOR MATCHING

Our equipments are calibrated in a regular basis and we are capable of matching our own proofs, however we do not guarantee to match the color of the artwork that is created on your monitor or your proofing equipment. Because of inherent limitations with the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed.

CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY

The deadline for submitting a same day order is 2pm PST. All same day orders must be print ready and technical issues. It is your responsibility to check our FAQ page and educate and understand the printing service before uploading your final print ready files. Since the same day jobs are due that same day all jobs will be processed and sent to productions immediately. If an order is not to specifications and issues with the file, GoldImagePrinting.com has the right to reject the job and will not complete same day.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

Client must use valid email address which is not filtered and update your email settings to avoid having our notifications sent your spam folder. CSR to fill up forms in order to contact the client. Please contact us at (877) 705-7575 for any email notification issues.

DISCLAIMER FOR ERRORS

GoldImagePrinting.com is not responsible for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons:
- Spelling, phone numbers, punctuation and grammatical errors
- Incorrect files uploaded
- Low resolution or low quality graphics and images
- Submitting files without bleed zone or safety zone
- File issues after client has approved PDF or hard copy proofs
- Call outs of wrong Pantone Colors in file
- Not Following proper instructions for Foil, Embossing, Spot UV files
- Transparency issues
- Overprint issues
- Artwork files that are not created following our specifications
- Errors in user-selected options such as size, quantity, paper and finish
- Duplicate orders submitted by the User
- Incorrect file orientation
- Incorrect order specifications, including coating type, paper type, quantity, and size
- Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address
- Damage to products after delivery to User

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery time and charges are not included in our estimate/prices. Gold Image Printing Inc is not responsible for 3rd party’s delay or damages to the product during shipping. Any additional surcharges billed to Gold Image Printing Inc due to errors made by the client, will be charged to the client’s credit card on file or credit card used at the time of order.

These surcharges are listed below, but not limited to:

- Address correction
- Commercial/ residential charges
- Rerouting a package
Any damages of the orders must be reported within 2 business days upon delivery date per UPS tracking.

For UPS Damage Claims, the following photos of documentation are required:

Damaged merchandise inside the box displayed as it arrived to you.
Packaging material used (bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc.)
Damaged item outside of the box.
A close-up of the shipping label with tracking number.
If available, a close-up of the box manufacturer's certificate (BMC).
1 photo displaying the top and 2 sides.
1 photo displaying the bottom and the opposite sides.

If your order has not been received within the expected delivery window provided by UPS, it must be reported immediately to Gold Image Printing within 7 days from the expected delivery date. Failure to notify us within this time frame may significantly reduce the likelihood of locating the package, and the delivery company has the right to decline any claims for lost items.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before your order is in “production”. If your order is still in the proofing stage then you can cancel at no additional charges. If production has begun, our CSR will inform you of any cancellation charges. You will not be refunded for design service or hard copy proofs.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund client’s payment if we realize that order cannot be fulfilled due to short turnaround request or extra requests by client that may add up to the originally agreed prices for that particular product.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We pride ourselves in knowing that we do everything and anything possible to give our clients the best possible printing experience. Please be noted that all orders are custom orders and there is no resell value for any return jobs therefore all sales are final. However, We want you to be 100% satisfied with your orders and we will refund 100% refund or reprint if you are not satisfied for any reason. You should contact GoldImagePrinting.com within two business days after you receive your order to report any defects found in the ordered product.
Please be advised our 100% satisfaction policy has to have merit in order for the refund to take place. If there is any production related defects on the job you have received, We would gladly assist you to reprinting or issue a full refund. We are more than fair as we care for our clients but we do have to protect our brand from unreasonable demands and nonissue. Our Representative have the right to document your issue and take notes to determine and assess if there is an ongoing Issue with a client asking for multiple refunds.

MAILING SERVICES

GoldImagePrinting.com is responsible for collecting postage from you, scheduling your job to mail and passing your mailing payment to U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Our responsibilities end when USPS accepts your mailing from us. We can provide a proof of mailing statement (3600 for first class mail, 3602-R for standard class and 3602-NP for the Non-Profit mail) as USPS makes each available to us (typically within 24 - 48 hours of the order’s drop date). Lost mail, non-delivered mail and mail-transit time are the responsibilities of the USPS and we cannot be held liable for any of these issues. USPS will not give a refund on postage for non-delivered mail.
First Class Mail reaches its destination in 1-5 days (average); Standard Class and Non-Profit mail reach destinations in 7-10 days (average, though many mailings reach destinations much faster).
Mailing lists are kept confidential. They will not be sold or used for any purpose other than your mailing and will then be deleted.
We are not responsible for nor do we guarantee a response to your mailing.
If there is an issue with your order and we are found to be at fault,we will only accept liability up to the cost of goods and services provided. This does not include any postage cost. By using our services, you release us from liability for any loss of revenue, business or implied damages.

PAPER STOCK

Due to the nature of paper stocks and how they are made, brightness and thickness or finishes is not guaranteed to match in multiple versions and reorders. The return or refund will be solely up to the staff at GoldImagePrinting.com on discrepancies of this matter. This has not to do with the nature of our skill as printer but entirely on the paper mill that manufactured the paper.

SALES TAX POLICY

GoldImagePrinting.com charges sales tax on orders picked-up from or shipped to an address within the state of California unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you need to send or fax to us your tax exemption certificate. If, after the User has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the User must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse the provider for any additional taxes paid.

CLIENTS SUPPLIED SHIPPING INFORMATION

GoldImagePrinting.com is not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or information that has been provided by the clients. It is client’s responsibility to check the accuracy of shipping information.

LIMITED LIABILITY

GoldImagePrinting.com, its employees, or agents are not liable for any particular, incidental, act of God, delays, consequential damages whatsoever resulting from loss of data or profit whether GoldImagePrinting.com was notified of these losses in advance.

INDEMNITY

Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless GoldImagePrinting.com, its affiliates, employees, officers and, subsidiaries from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to client’s use of the site. Client also certifies that he/she owns rights to or has a license to use the image(s) being reproduced as part of client’s order.

RIGHT TO SUBCONTRACT

GoldImagePrinting.com reserves the right to subcontract whole or part of the orders received from its clients via online system or any other ordering methods.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All sales are final as is. GoldImagePrinting.com does not provide any warranty or services for the product(s) manufactured or sold by GoldImagePrinting.com or affiliated companies.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

GoldImagePrinting.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to any individual or companies with or without a cause at any point of time. We reserves the right to charge the client for any services performed on the job up to the point of cancellation.
