Size 

Choose from our two available sizes when you order your curved tension fabric displays. We offer 8ft curved fabric displays and 10ft curved fabric displays. If you are looking for alternate sizes try our other large format printing services for something bigger or smaller. Our sizes for fabric tension banners are set and not able to accommodate a custom size at this time. Remember that our curved tension fabric displays have elasticity to them which stretches the fabric and they are already rather large in size. Take note that this fabric is a bit different from our other fabric materials so get ready to have your socks knocked off when you see your order arrive!

Color

When it comes to adding color to your curved tension fabric displays, we use a method called dye sublimation. We print your design on a special heat transfer paper in reverse which will then get pressed onto the fabric by a heat press. The image gets transferred onto the fabric. It is the most effective and durable process to print on the tension fabric which renders the highest quality images.  Order your curved tension fabric displays in full color for a high resolution digital print. Did we mention our fabric displays are washable? Our round tension fabric backdrops are made from washable polyester. The tension fabric displays can be machine washed in cold water and on a gentle cycle. When you’re done washing, for best care, lay the fabric flat or hang it up to dry. With proper care and gentle usage, your curved tension fabric displays should last 3 years. To extend the lifespan we suggest you avoid placing the displays in direct sunlight. And speaking of sunlight, you may be wondering if the display completely blocks light when it is set up for an event. When placed in direct sunlight there will be some light that will pass through if the sun hits directly behind the display. If you don’t want light to pass through your display, or you’re afraid it might distort the colors, text, or imaging we suggest you choose to print 2 sided and put solid blacks on the back side to keep the display from looking transparent. We also offer a 10ft Curve 1-Sided Tension Fabric Display with one side printed. In this case sunlight will probably pass through the display so take note when you set it up, where the sun will hit it. 

Display 

The curved tension fabric display comes with a tension curve frame. You may be wondering if these products are the same as tube displays. Truth-be-told there are several names that curved tension fabric displays are referred to in the industry. The frame is a tube so therefore some call it a curved tube display. At Gold Image Printing, we call it a tension fabric display. Worried these products are reserved only for professional use? Never fear, we can customize your display for a family gathering, graduation open house, or retirement party. Many of our clients use curved tension fabric displays for photo backdrops or step and repeat banners for home-town parties. It is a more luxury product and looks very chic in the background.
