A: The most common size for a business envelope is the No. 10, with or without a window. In inches that is 9.5" x 4.125". You'll need to indicate the need for a custom quote if this is what you're after.

A: Write the recipient's address in the center of the envelope like so:

It's generally recommended you also add your own address as the return address in the upper left hand corner as well. Postage goes on the top right hand corner.

Q: How do I address a business envelope with attention?
A: Attention can be added by preceding the recipient's name with "Attn:" with the above format. If you're sending to a business, you can put the name of the business on the line under the recipient's name and above their street address.

Q: What is usually not included on a business envelope?
A: You can follow the above format for pretty much every element but leave out your own name in the "return address" section.

Q: How do I design my own white ink addressed envelopes?
A: Head over to the “Templates” tab and find the sizing that works best for you. Download the template in one of .AI, .JPG, .PDF, or .PSD file formats. Then you can design the envelopes for business to your heart's content in your favorite editing software.
