An uncoated stock allows you to experience the unique feel and texture of your desired stock. Whether you desire the softness of a cotton stock or the fine tooth of our Mohawk Eggshell selections, your product can experience the sophistication of a beautiful, pristine card stock by ditching the coating and going straight for style.

NOTE: Not recommended for too much solid color as you want to show more of the stock texture.

• Foil stamping is a process in which the foil is stamped to the packaging sleeves with heat. We offer a variety of vibrant and classy foil colors to choose from so that your packaging sleeves can stand out.

• We offer a limited number of digital foil stamp colors that include gold, silver, copper, and blue.
• Digital foil registration has a 1/8" tolerance meaning that the packaging sleeves will shift a bit during printing
• When designing for digital foil, if you are choosing not to pursue a soft touch option, refrain from adding full color backgrounds or textures that overlap the foil area. Avoid using small or thin fonts for digital foil.
• Limit only 1 foil color for the front and back of your packaging sleeves.

A: Yes, head over to the “Templates” tab and find the sizing that works best for you. Download the templates in one of .AI, .JPG, .PDF, or .PSD file formats. Then you can design to your heart's content in your favorite editing software.

Q: When can I receive my packaging sleeves order? 
A: Depending on the quantity, you can get your order as soon as 2 business days once you have submitted your files and they are approved. Please keep in mind that if you order an especially large quantity or add a lot of specialties your order may take longer.

Q: Is it possible to add adhesive to my belly bands? 
A: Yes, in the shopping cart section under "adhesive tape," select "Yes, Peel and Seal tape" to add adhesive and make your life easier. 

Q: Can my packaging sleeves be folded in more than two places?
A: Yes, to help you with folding without leaving any marks we have added the "scoring" option to the shopping cart. You can let us know how much scoring you need and where.

Q: How much will all this cost me?
A: If you're sticking to the options in the standard cart your total price and price per item will update as you select your options. For custom orders, we'll let you know through a custom quote.

Q: Can I use a different paper type than the ones you have listed?
A: Absolutely! Have a look at all our paper stocks then contact us with what you want. You can also let us know if you have your own material you'd like us to print on.

Q: You don't have my size. What do I do?
A: We are happy to offer a custom size. Simply let us know what you're looking for with a custom quote.

Q: What can I do if I can't find a template in my size?

Q: What kind of turnaround can I expect? When will I get my products?
A: For standard orders of 25 to 1000 packaging sleeves, you can look forward to receiving your order in just 2 business days. For orders of over 1000 packaging sleeves, please allow for additional shipment time.
