Our Fabric banners are made is from 100% Polyester with three layered woven fabric. The fabric has very low light reflection and it is wrinkle free. It's specifically made for printing due to its minimal space between threads hence it allows high opacity and exeptional print quality more than your standard fabric.

Grommets are metal rings which is inserted into holes in the material wheater fabric or vinyl or even curtains in your living room. They are reinforcement for holes so the rope can pass through without damaging the material with a tear or rip because of the tension. If you pull the rope from each side without grommets the material will eventually tear through, grommets are made to avoid this issue. Grommets also give the banners a professional clean look. 

The hemming process is much like  the process of hemmed pants or a skirt. It is folded and bonded together approximately 1" of extra material around the edges. This hemming process gives the banner a sustainable and strong in elements or uv and specially tear proofing.

Pole pockets are created from either 2 inches or 3 inches depneding on your need of extra material wrapped around it's self, it can be either only on top or bottom of the banner. This process is similar to hemming however there is a gap of 2 inches or 3 inches so a pole can pass through  the pocket. This finishing option creates a very professional look for hanging your banners.
