With our custom flyer printing in Houston, we have it all laid out for you. If size is your prerogative, we recommend 11” x 17”: our largest size or the slightly smaller 8.5” x 14”. If your flyer has a much closer audience, perhaps business people browsing a message board, or residents scanning the signage of their building, we would suggest 8.5” x 11”; 6” x 9”; 5.5” x 8.5”; and 5” x 7”. These sizes allow the text to be seen clearly, but don’t take up too much space. Print flyers much smaller if you hoping the customer or passer by will hold them in their hand, excitedly pursuing the content. For this size we provide our smallest array of sizes – 4.25” x 5.5”; 4” x 6”; or 3” x 4”. Consider, again, your flyer’s use. Will people pick up the flyer to read intensely later on, or will they give it a quick glance as they rush onto the bus? Either way, avoid cramming the flyer with information, dissuading the reader from continuing their stare. Perhaps your flyer will involve the recipients writing on the flyer itself. Select our uncoated paper as it is best for taking ink and graphite. If you have designed a flyer that uses empty space in a moving way, allowing for your condensed message to leave a deeper impression, uncoated paper is your best choice, as the negative space will showcase the grain of this paper much better. Will color play a big role in your flyer? Do you need the colors to splash across the page in a parade of blues, greens, etc? Try our coated paper which flaunts colors much better than uncoated paper. When selling a product or sending out a message there is strength in numbers.
